Exchange & Return Policy

Need to Return or Exchange? We’ve Got You Covered.

At DopeVastr, we want you to love what you ordered. But if something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right. Here’s how our exchange and return process works:

How to Request an Exchange or Return:

  • If there’s an issue with your order, you must let us know within 7 days of delivery (yes, that includes the day your order arrives). After that, we can’t process the request.
  • If the size doesn’t fit or if you received the wrong product, simply reach out within 7 days of delivery to initiate the exchange.
  • We’ll exchange your product for the correct size or the correct item (as long as it’s the same value). No extra charges for that!

Important Details:

  • If you’re exchanging for an item that costs more, you’ll need to pay the price difference online.
  • For all returns or exchanges, the product must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original sticker or label attached. It should be folded properly and packed securely so it doesn’t get damaged during return shipping. If the product arrives damaged or without its original packaging, we can’t process the exchange.

Refunds:

  • We only issue refunds in genuine cases where a defective product was delivered.
  • If you’ve received a faulty product, please email us at support@dopevastr.com with:
    • Your Order ID
    • Photos of the defect
    • A description of the issue
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or to your bank account after verification.

Important Notes:

  • Color & Design Variations: Please note, slight variations in color and design may occur between the product you receive and the product images on our website or social media. We’re all about keeping it real – but due to lighting, screens, and fabric variations, some things might look a little different.
  • Non-Returnable Items: If a return is accepted (in exceptional cases), a Rs. 100 deduction will apply for the reverse pickup. This fee covers the logistics costs for returns.
  • We cannot accept returns on items that have been used or washed, so please check your order before breaking out the T-shirt.
  • Items bought during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for refunds.
  • Free exchanges are available for size-related issues, but no refunds on size exchanges.

Other Details:

  • Exchange/Return requests can only be processed once per order.
  • If we find that the damage was caused by customer mishandling, we can’t accept a return or issue a refund. So, please handle your gear with care!
  • If your package is delivered in a damaged condition, don’t accept it from the delivery partner. Always inspect your package before signing for it.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 10 AM - 8 PM
  • (We’re off Sundays, but we’ll get back to you first thing Monday!)
