How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
At DopeVastr, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, it will typically be shipped within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Domestic Orders: In India, delivery typically takes around 5-8 working days, depending on the shipping address and other factors like public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or shipping delays. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks, depending on product availability.
- Remote Areas: In parts of Jammu & Kashmir and the Northeast, delivery may take up to 10 working days due to logistical challenges in these regions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking details. If you do not receive the tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@dopevastr.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.

What happens if tracking shows that my order has been delivered, but I have not received it?
In rare instances, the tracking information may indicate that the product has been delivered, but the customer has not received it. This is often due to the package being received by a family member, neighbour, or flatmate, or even being delivered to an office mailroom.
If you have not received the package, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification. We will immediately investigate the issue with our courier partner and work to resolve it.
In the unlikely event that a genuine delivery issue is identified, DopeVastr will initiate a full refund after conducting a thorough investigation. Please note that this process may take up to 10 working days.
After the 48-hour window has passed, it may be difficult for us to take further action, and we will not be liable for any losses.

- We highly recommend you check with your family members, neighbours, or office mailroom before reporting a missing package, as it is often received by someone else.
- Any delivery-related issues should be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the tracking confirmation.
